Can I make a return?
The return will be accepted provided that the product (s) are preserved in the same conditions in which they received, without apparent signs of use, correctly labelled and in their original packaging.
You have a period of 15 days from the reception of your order to request the change or return of it.
Does the return have a cost?
The cost of the return will depend on the location of origin and will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed in the following way:

How can I make the return?
We offer two ways to make the return:
In shop
- Simply presenting the invoice, the shipping package and the initial payment method.
- Choice of reimbursement to choose; in a VALE or in the original payment method.
Home delivery

- Follow the instructions indicated on the Return Sheet included in your order and paste the address that appears on the package to be sent.
Postal delivery

Can I change colour or size?
Yes, for this you must first make the return of the garment to be changed and then a new order with the size or colour you want.
How will I receive the refund?
The refund of the amount will be made in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made (the option of a VALE will also be offered in the store)
The maximum time of return will be of 14 working days from the moment of the reception of the articles and the verification that their condition is optimal.
